Publication Stages

1. Submission

Authors send manuscripts via the online submission system by following the instructions provided by the OJS system. Note that the submitted manuscript must comply with the available writing guidelines.

When filling out the form, authors are required to fill in the metadata accurately, including writing down all the authors' names and affiliations, and writing the article title in regular (non-capital) letters.

After submitting the manuscript, the author will receive an automatic reply, stating that the article manuscript has been sent and will be processed immediately.

After that, the manuscript will be checked by the editor to check whether the manuscript is complete, complies with the format and writing guidelines, fits the focus and scope of the journal, is suitable for peer review, and is thematically relevant for publication.

2. Review

When the contents of the manuscript are in accordance with the focus of the journal and the structure of the manuscript is in accordance with the writing format, the article manuscript will be sent to two reviewers for peer review. This process is carried out with constructive and comprehensive aims, so it takes up to 2-8 weeks for each manuscript.

After the review process, the editor will make and communicate a decision regarding publication. If the manuscript that has been reviewed by the reviewer is requested for revision, the manuscript will be sent back to the author for correction. If substantial revisions need to be made, please resubmit the revised manuscript for the next round of peer review. If the editor decides to reject it, the rejected manuscript may no longer be sent to this journal.

If the manuscript is accepted, an LoA email will be sent to the author.

3. Copyediting: Payment and Final Editing

After the article manuscript has been decided to be accepted, the author will be asked to pay the publication fee to the account provided via email. After payment is confirmed, the process will continue to the publishing production stage.

At this stage, the author is responsible for ensuring that the final manuscript uploaded is the final version of the article manuscript that has been completed and revised.

4. Production: Publication

After the final layout editing stage, the manuscript will be equipped with complete metadata (including page numbers) and DOI number, and will be published online according to the nearest publication schedule.
